Mondays can be a real downer. But think of it this way. Was there anything about last week that you didn't like? Maybe you didn't get to go to the gym enough or you didn't get a chance to make that new recipe that you wanted to try. Whatever you did not get to do last week, guess what? You have a chance to start over this week and this week starts with Monday. Give yourself a chance to do the things that you did not get to do.
