When I was a kid, my Mom liked to cook food and every now & then I remember she used to cook for us. Once you allow someone to walk all over you eventually they are going to start stomping on you, because that's what you've allowed. Don't allow someone to take advantage of you. The Lesson from an Old Mule. A parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule. There was an old mule which fell into the farmer’s well.
